Return Policy Terms and Conditions: Rich Kohm Studios
guarantees their prints to not fade or discolor and will gladly
issue a refund or re place them. If the customer receives damaged
merchandise, Rich Kohm Studios shall replace the item at no additional
cost so long
as the original merchandise is returned within 30 days. The customer
is responsible for returning the merchandise and insuring it to
cover the value. Rich Kohm Studios will not replace products
damaged
by
abuse or neglect. With
the purchase of a print, album or other image product, Rich Kohm
Studios will
retouch facial shine, closed eyes, glass glare, shadows, remove
our equipment or photographers, reflections caused by the camera’s
flash free of charge upon "written request by the
customer." The customer has the option
to pay for "other requests" in the
pull down menu under "Color & Retouching Options" in
the shopping cart."
Other requests are; removing objects or people from the background
or foreground and adding color to a black & white photo. All
requests must
be noted prior to checkout under "Retouching & Notes" in
the shopping cart no matter how insignificant. If
Rich Kohm Studios overlooks any "written request
by the customer,"
we will replace any product free of charge. If you selected
to pick up your prints or other merchandise, we will only keep
them for 30 days after you are notified of delivery to our studio.
Rich Kohm Studios
reserves the right
to
make
substitutions of any product of equal value
if it becomes unavailable for any reason. Prices
are subject to change without notice. Rich Kohm Studios
will not issue refunds to compensate for perceived completion
dates. |
